How does selling on GrowthRider work?
GrowthRider recovers its costs by adding a markup on top of the base selling price you agreed upon with GrowthRider. All markup costs, delivery charges, and any applicable fund collection fees will be recovered from the customer. So, there is no direct selling cost charged to the seller. GrowthRider publishes the selling price on the platform by considering the base price, markup, and any promotions or discounts offered by GrowthRider. The delivery charge and fund collection fees appear as separate billing items and do not affect your base price.
For example, if you agree to a base selling price (the price you will finally receive if the product is sold) of Rs. 1,000.00 for a product, GrowthRider may add a 10% markup on top of this price and publish the selling price as Rs. 1,100.00. Suppose the delivery charge for this product (which depends on distance and weight) is Rs. 50.00 and there is a 2% cash on delivery charge. So, the customer will pay Rs. 1,172.00, and you will receive the agreed Rs. 1,000.00.
